Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to gain hands-on experience in sales, events, and customer engagement?
Summit Events is looking for an enthusiastic Event Sales Assistant to join our growing Charlotte team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in event marketing, promotional sales, customer service, brand representation, and business development.
At Summit Events, we specialize in event marketing and brand activations that create real connections and measurable growth for our clients. Our fast-paced, energetic team delivers engaging promotional events, retail campaigns, and community outreach experiences across the Charlotte area.
What You’ll Do
Represent client brands at promotional events and retail activations Engage with customers face-to-face and deliver excellent customer service Promote products and services while supporting sales goals Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution Build positive customer relationships and brand awareness Work closely with the sales and marketing team in a collaborative environment Gather customer feedback and market insights during events
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking confident, people-focused individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, events, or teamwork environments are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants are typically:

No Experience Required No prior experience is necessary — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Many successful team members come from retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sports, graduate, and entry-level marketing backgrounds.
