Dual Role-Branch Sales Associate/Warehouse Associate -HVAC Products

Join a team that excels in providing top-notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. We serve licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors, ensuring top-quality HVAC solutions across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada. With over 200+ locations, we are well positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs. Sales Associate Responsibilities: Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Provide superior customer service to our customers. Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product. Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners) Works closely with internal customers Upholds environmental health and safety standards. Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
