POSITION OVERVIEW: Terrible’s is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Digital Design Coordinator
to take a hands-on role in creating high-quality digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys being deeply involved in the creative process, from concept to execution, while also coordinating closely with teams across marketing, operations, and development. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an ability to manage timelines, maintain consistency across digital touchpoints, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital presence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital design work that aligns with brand guidelines and supports business objectives. Develop and execute visual design strategies across digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, and operations) to deliver cohesive and effective user experiences. Oversee project timelines, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of digital assets. Maintain consistency in visual design and brand identity across all digital touchpoints. Stay current on digital trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices and team performance. Provide feedback, mentorship, and professional development for team members. Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when needed. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, HCI, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Proficiency in WordPress and/or other web design platforms (e.g., Webflow, Squarespace), with working knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end customization and content styling. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to digital design, content layout, and web performance optimization. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design and design strategy. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
