The Opportunity
We're looking for a proven Design Sales Manager to lead and elevate our team of high-performing kitchen designers across 20+ states. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through thoughtful design solutions. You will play a key role in guiding the team toward: Understanding and embracing the company's goals and mission while ensuring team members are aligned with company objectives, working together to achieve success. Optimizing sales performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of professional kitchen designers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Drive pipeline performance through strong follow-up strategies and conversion best practices. Coach team members on closing techniques, customer engagement, and design alignment. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Partner cross-functionally with Design Admin, Product, Order Entry, Contractors, and Customer Service. Implement and refine processes to ensure timely and effective customer follow-up. Lead ongoing training and professional development initiatives. What You Bring
5+ years of management experience with a strong track record of hitting sales targets. Experience in commission-driven sales environments. Background in kitchen design, cabinetry, and/or 2020 Design software (preferred). Proven ability to coach, motivate, and retain top-performing team members. Strong communication skills—able to simplify and present complex ideas clearly. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for developing others. Reliable, organized, and accountable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Why Join Us
