Summary Our client is an innovative material handling and automation integrator, specializing in custom solutions for warehousing and distribution centers. Their goal is to provide seamless automation systems that optimize operational efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce labor costs for their clients. They work with cutting‑edge technology, implementing solutions that include AS/RS, shuttle systems, autonomous robots, and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES).
They’re seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales within our target markets.
Job Description
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
Sales Presentations & Consultations: Present our client’s capabilities and solutions to potential clients, developing proposals that meet their unique needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market & Industry Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to help position our client as a leader in the automation sector.
Sales Process Management: Track sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Collaboration: Work closely with their engineering and project teams to provide accurate information on project timelines, feasibility, and design, ensuring alignment from sale to implementation.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, ideally within the material handling, automation, or supply chain industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into client value propositions
Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
