We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative technology solutions. *Duties*
* Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
* Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear specifications for development teams.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of features.
* Prioritize product backlog items using Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Jira, and VersionOne to maximize value delivery.
* Develop wireframes and prototypes using tools like Balsamiq and UML diagrams to visualize user interfaces and workflows.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), creating test cases and analyzing results to ensure quality standards are met.
* Manage integrations with APIs, SaaS platforms, and IoT devices while maintaining compliance with IT governance policies.
* Lead cross-functional meetings to align project milestones, track progress using project management software like TFS or Microsoft Project, and communicate updates effectively.
* Conduct data analysis using SQL, Looker, or Excel to inform product decisions and optimize user engagement.
* Support B2B sales initiatives by providing technical insights on product capabilities and infrastructure requirements.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in product management within a software development environment, preferably with knowledge of mobile applications and web technologies.
* Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, IT infrastructure, APIs, and databases such as SQL or other relational systems.
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe), Waterfall methodologies, and tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Git, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated ability to gather requirements through analysis skills, wireframing (using Balsamiq), UML modeling, and stakeholder interviews.
* Experience in developing test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT) and analyzing test results for quality assurance purposes.
* Knowledge of SDLC processes including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS solutions, analytics platforms like Looker or Microsoft Power BI is a plus. Join us as a Technical Product Manager where your expertise will drive innovation across our digital landscape!
