We are looking for an expert Oracle Database Administrator and Engineer to tackle the challenges of large-scale, geographically distributed environments where performance, security, and availability are non-negotiable.

Design and implement sophisticated database schemas, data flows, and network integrations for large-scale systems.

Engineer advanced solutions for distributed data replication, concurrent data access, and high-availability architectures.

Lead capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure the system meets exacting interface and security requirements.
Collaborative Leadership:
Partner with software integration, test, and information assurance engineers to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable database structures.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph
Must have at least 10 years of high-level, in-depth, dedicated database experience.
Must have in-depth experience as a Database Administrator to include proficiency in tasks such as data migration, data replication, user administration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, issue investigation, issue resolution, and general administration.
Must have a solid understanding of databases, primarily Oracle and/or other relational and non-relational/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Must have experience using Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and SQL in general.
Must have experience scripting with JavaScript, Bash/Linux shell scripting (in general), Perl, and/or Python.
Must have knowledge of programming languages to include Java.
Must be committed to adopting and adhering to best practices.
Must be able to effectively plan and prioritize tasking.
Must be capable of performing high quality work both independently, and with a team, in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and/or as a member of an Agile team.
Experience with Cassandra.
Experience with MongoDB.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
