3S Developments Inc. creates high-quality lakeside and waterfront communities across Nova Scotia. We're currently marketing Sweetland Estates () and are looking for a full-time Sales Representative who owns the sales process from first contact onward. The Role
When prospects reach out online, you're the first human they talk to. You follow up, build interest, qualify, and move them toward a sale, warm, informed, and genuinely well looked after. Beyond inbound, you take on broader sales activities and help shape how we turn interest into closed deals. Sales is the heart of this role. You'll also support our marketing: helping define what materials and content we need, and giving the field input that keeps everything relevant and accurate. What you'll do
Track every inbound lead carefully so nothing goes cold Make outbound follow-up calls and send timely, well‑written emails Share project information by phone and answer prospect questions with confidence Qualify, nurture, and progress leads through the sales process Take on wider sales activities as the project and group grow Be a walking source of information and a helpful point of contact for prospects Give clear feedback on what prospects care about and where their interest sits Support marketing by helping define what materials and content we need Keep everything tracked and tidy in our CRM What we're looking for
Genuine excitement! You actually enjoy talking to people and following through Excellent customer skills, you make people feel comfortable and well looked after Excellent English (spoken and written) Real estate experience is a strong asset, but enthusiasm and great people skills matter more A real interest in growing and developing within real estate Solid computer skills (Word, email, and general office tools) Comfortable and organized with CRM tools Reliable, self‑directed, and good at follow‑up Based in or near Bridgewater, with the ability to be in the office at least 3 days per week The setup
Full time, on‑site role in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia (minimum 3 days per week in office) A CRM and knowledge base that set you up to succeed A real chance to own and shape how we convert interest into sales
