Senior IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer
Als Senior IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer verantwortest du den Lebenszyklus, die Weiterentwicklung und den reibungslosen operativen Betrieb unserer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Systemlandschaft jederzeit stabil und sicher ist, und treibst deren Modernisierung stetig voran.
Das bewegst du bei uns
Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb, die Überwachung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (On-Premises, Cloud und Hybrid)
Planung und Leitung der anspruchsvollen IT-Infrastrukturprojekte (z. B. Cloud-Migrationen, Netzwerk-Upgrades, Security-Implementierungen) von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout
Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Backup-Strategien und Disaster-Recovery-Pläne in Abstimmung mit dem CISO
Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports (ca. 1 Tag pro Woche), Agieren als Eskalationsstufe für komplexe technische Problemstellungen (2nd Level) sowie Koordination bei tiefgreifenden Störungen mit externen Partnern (3rd Level)
Übernahme der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Stellvertretung des Head of IT bei dessen Abwesenheit und aktive Unterstützung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der IT
Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossener Bachelor in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, Master ist von Vorteil
Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, System Engineering und IT-Operations
Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und das Interesse, in eine stellvertretende Führungsrolle hineinzuwachsen. Wenn du bereits Führungserfahrung hast, ist dies ein Plus
Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
Fliessende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
