We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Plumber and Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team! If you're experienced in working on construction sites and are eager to contribute to new builds, remodeling, and renovation projects, we want to hear from you. This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical know-how, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the construction, remodeling, and renovation of residential and commercial properties.Perform tasks such as sewer and water line installation, pipe threading, and basic carpentry under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at the job site.Follow supervisor instructions and work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and competently.Take on plumbing tasks and installations independently when needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
Previous construction site experience is preferred, but not required.Basic knowledge of construction practices, especially remodeling techniques, is a plus.Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and handle heavy materials.Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.Experience in maintenance work or carpentry is an added advantage.
