What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping ensure efficient service department operations.
Customer Experience Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service driveBuild strong customer relationships and create a positive service experienceServe as the main point of contact throughout the repair processProvide concierge-level support for customer questions and concernsCommunicate vehicle repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly and professionallyMaintain Customer Satisfaction and Customer Success Index scores at or above company standards
Service Department Operations
Oversee service orders and help manage workflow within the service driveDistribute repair orders efficiently between techniciansAssist customers with vehicle maintenance recommendations, warranties, and repair informationHelp ensure technician productivity and daily labor sales goals are achievedAssist with diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinating parts or tools when neededSupport warranty administration and service department processes
Leadership & Team Collaboration
Reinforce dealership policies and maintain compliance with company standardsFoster strong relationships with technicians, management, and manufacturer representativesSupport a positive, team-oriented culture within the service departmentParticipate in training and ongoing process improvement initiatives
