Als Sales Consultant bij Elis richt je op het winnen van nieuwe klanten via een waardevolle verkoopaanpak: geen snelle deals, maar het overtuigen van prospects met duurzame oplossingen en contracten.
Als Sales Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van onze klanten in regio Randstad. Je richt je op bedrijven in uiteenlopende sectoren die behoefte hebben aan oplossingen voor vloer- en bedrijfshygiëne. Je werkt volgens een value based selling aanpak: je verdiept je in de situatie van de prospect, laat zien welke meerwaarde onze dienstverlening biedt en begeleidt het traject tot aan het tekenen van het contract. Samen met andere afdelingen zorg je vervolgens voor een soepele klantopstart. De verdere klantrelatie wordt daarna opgepakt door accountmanagement.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:
- Nieuwe klanten werven door koude aqcuisitie
- Relaties opbouwen en meerdere gesprekken voeren om contracten af te sluiten
- Offertes opstellen, opvolgen en tot resultaat brengen
- Activiteiten en voortgang zorgvuldig vastleggen in het CRM-systeem
- Samenwerken met salescollega’s en marketing om commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren
- Samenwerken met operatie voor soepele klantopstart
Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die overtuigend kan communiceren, vasthoudend is in het behalen van resultaten en energie krijgt van het opbouwen van klantrelaties. Als Sales Consultant weet je een gesprekspartner te overtuigen met inhoud, door te laten zien hoe onze dienstverlening waarde toevoegt. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:
- Ervaring met acquisitie, bij voorkeur in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie
- Ervaring met value based selling of vergelijkbare consultatieve verkoopmethoden
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring met Excel en CRM systemen
Een uitdagende baan met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en zelfstandigheid in een dynamische klantomgeving. Uiteraard staat hier ook wat tegenover. Zo kun je rekenen op een uitgebreid pakket aan arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder:
- Salaris, vakantiegeld 8,33% en een eindejaarsuitkering 5,33%
