Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our team at Clermont CDJR. This is a great opportunity to grow with one of the nation's largest, family-owned automotive groups in a fast-paced and supportive environment. No experience required!
CompensationHourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr
Commission: $15 per customer brought into dealership, $20 per customer that buys. After 90 days: $25 per show and $25 per sold.
Earnings typically align with the national BDC average of $38,000$55,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
Re-engage missed and no-show customers

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Strong computer and communication skills
Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
Automotive experience helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
