Über die Position
Unser Partnerunternehmen – ein stark wachsender Experte für Kanzleiberatung – sucht dich als Digital Transformation Consultant (m/w/d) – Steuerwesen & Fintech. In dieser Rolle bist du strategische:r Partner:in für Steuerkanzleien und optimierst deren Arbeitsabläufe durch modernste Softwarelösungen. Da das Team aktuell stark expandiert, besteht ein dringender Bedarf, um neue Projekte gemeinsam anzugehen.
Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um eine Direktvermittlung. Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess wird von Academic Work betreut.

- DATEV-Anwendungsberatung: Unterstützung bei der Produktauswahl und Beratung zu relevanten DATEV-Modulen.
- Projektbetreuung: Durchführung von Projekten im Rahmen des "Kanzlei-Kompasses" basierend auf individuellen Kundenanforderungen.
Anforderungen
- Ausbildung / Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL / Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung & Fachwissen: Komplette Anfänger sowie ambitionierte Juniors sind herzlich willkommen! Tiefgehende DATEV-Kenntnisse sind kein Muss, sondern werden dir beigebracht. Idealerweise hast du erste Berührungspunkte mit Buchhaltungs-, Lohn- oder Steuerprozessen.
- Persönlichkeit : Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe IT-Affinität und Begeisterung für digitale Tools aus. Du bist lernbereit, arbeitest zuverlässig und bringst eine proaktive "Macher-Mentalität" mit.
- Kommunikation: Du trittst klar, offen und empathisch auf – der Austausch mit Kund:innen (digital und vor Ort) bereitet dir Freude.
- Sprachkenntnisse & Reisebereitschaft: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1-Niveau) ist essenziell. Du besitzt eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft für den Außendienst sowie für Schulungen am DATEV-Standort Nürnberg.
