Du betreust 10–15 KMU technisch end-to-end – Projekt, Betrieb, Beratung. Microsoft-lastig, Hybrid Cloud. Hands-on, kein Sales-Anzug.
Deine Rolle:
Du bist die technische Vertrauensperson für deine KMU-Kunden, vom Geschäftsführer bis zum Power-User. Du verstehst ihre Umgebung, planst mit ihnen die nächsten Schritte und setzt diese auch selbst um. Kein reines Tickets-Abarbeiten, sondern echte Verantwortung für deine Kunden.
Konkret heisst das:
Du betreust einen festen Kundenstamm von rund 10–15 KMU – du kennst deren Setup, deren Leute und deren Pläne
Du planst und realisierst Projekte selbst: Migrationen (On-Prem → Azure / M365), Hybrid-Cloud-Setups, Modern Workplace, Security-Hardening
Du berätst auf Augenhöhe – technisch fundiert, aber so erklärt, dass es auch der User versteht
Du arbeitest im Team mit unseren Solution Architects, Engineering- und Service-Operation-Teams
Eskalationen aus dem Service-Operation Team landen bei dir – du löst, was 2nd Level nicht mehr kann

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer im Microsoft-Umfeld – du hast selbst Projekte umgesetzt, nicht nur begleitet
Solides Wissen in M365, Entra ID, Azure und klassischer Windows-Server-Welt
Hyper-V und Backup-Konzepte (Veeam o.ä.) sind dir vertraut
Du verstehst Schweizerdeutsch – unsere Kunden reden Mundart. Antworten kannst du auf Hochdeutsch
