We are looking for an experienced *Senior Delivery Manager* to join our product development team and lead the successful delivery of our enterprise retail management platform for the Telecom industry.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Customer Support to ensure efficient Agile delivery across a complex microservices-based platform. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on a mature product used by thousands of retailers.
What You'll Do
* Lead Agile (Scrum) teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule
* Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
* Drive continuous improvement of development and delivery processes
* Coordinate software releases, upgrades, enhancements, and production fixes with other Delivery Managers
* Collaborate with Technical Leads and Business Analysts to ensure consistent development practices
* Remove delivery blockers and support teams in resolving technical and organizational challenges
* Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and project progress
* Balance competing priorities while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines
* Report delivery status, risks, and progress directly to the Delivery Director
* Foster collaboration across multinational engineering teams
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role
* Technical background in Software Development, QA Engineering, or Business Analysis
* Experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
* Experience leading cross-functional and multinational software development teams
* Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure
Nice to Have
* Experience working with enterprise SaaS products
* Knowledge of microservices architecture
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
* Experience coordinating releases for distributed engineering teams
