Zur Verstärkung des Engineering-Teams wird ein Senior / Expert System Engineer (a) gesucht, der/die Verantwortung übernimmt, mitdenkt und die hybride IT-Infrastruktur mit über 30'000 Benutzeraccounts aktiv mitgestaltet.
Ihre Herausforderung
Verstärkung des Operations-Teams sowie aktive Mitarbeit und teilweise Leitung technischer Infrastrukturprojekte innerhalb des Fachbereichs
Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten wie der Erneuerung von Domain Controllern, der Modernisierung von Systemen und Plattformen sowie Entwicklung des Enterprise Access Model (EAM)
Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten Betriebs der virtuellen Windows-Serverlandschaft sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Betriebsplattformen
Entwickeln des Systemdesigns sowie Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der System-Architektur
Arbeit in hybriden Umgebungen (On-Prem Active Directory, Entra ID) sowie Evaluation der optimalen Plattform (On-Prem vs. Cloud)
Automatisierung von Operations-Prozessen (z. B. mittels PowerShell) sowie Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Security in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Security-Team
Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen
Abgeschlossene Aus- und/oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik
Langjährige Erfahrung im IT System Engineering mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft im Enterprise-Umfeld
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Design, Aufbau sowie in der ganzheitlichen Verantwortung komplexer Systeme
Sehr fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Microsoft und Enterprise Access-Management (inkl. sicherer Zugriffskonzepte und deren operativer Umsetzung), insbesondere mit:
Active Directory
Server-GPOs
Entra ID, AD Connect und PKI
Automatisierung mit PowerShell
Erfahrung in technischen Projekten; Projektleitung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Zusätzliche Zertifizierungen (z. B. MCSE, Microsoft Azure Administrator oder vergleichbar) sind erwünscht
Persönlich überzeugst du durch eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
