Im Finance-Bereich übernimmt das Treasury-Team eine zentrale Rolle: Es verantwortet die Finanzierung der Unternehmensgruppe sowie das strategische Banken- und Liquiditätsmanagement. Dazu zählen die Sicherstellung ausreichender Liquidität, die Steuerung unserer weltweiten Bankbeziehungen, die Umsetzung von Finanzierungsmaßnahmen sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Treasury-Prozessen und -Instrumenten.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Treasury-Aktivitäten mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Liquiditätsplanung und -management für die internationale Unternehmensgruppe
- Identifizierung geeigneter Finanzierungspartner, Verhandlung von Konditionen, Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Finanzierungsbeziehungen
- Planung, Überwachung und Optimierung unserer weltweiten Kreditlinien
- Verwaltung und Steuerung von Intercompany-Darlehen
- Durchführung von Eigenkapitalmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Mitwirkung an strategischen Finanzierungsprojekten und deren Cashflow-Planung sowie -Steuerung
- Erstellung von internem und externem Reporting sowie Weiterentwicklung der Reportingstruktur
- Fachlicher Sparringpartner für angrenzende Fachbereiche sowie internationale Niederlassungen
- Ausarbeitung von Prozessoptimierungen im Treasury und Unterstützung des Teams bei operativen sowie strategischen Fragestellungen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling oder Buchhaltung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Treasury, Finance oder einem finanznahen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel
- Kenntnisse im Accounting, Cash Pooling, Hedging und Erfahrung mit einem Treasury Management System von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Kommunikation
