The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking passionate and motivated individuals with internet sales or customer service experience to join our team. This opportunity is for an experienced professional focused on automotive internet sales.
Responsibilities
Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
Respond to emails in a professional, well‑spoken manner.
Assist customers in vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Understand internet customer psychology and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
Direct customers to product information resources.
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
Overcome objections and thrive within internet sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager with objectives and creative ideas.
Utilize the dealership sales process and follow‑up system.
Qualifications
Outside internet sales experience is appreciated but not required.
Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Honesty, integrity, commitment, perseverance, and a will to succeed.
Skilled in computer and smartphone use.
Love of automobiles required.
Professional appearance.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Applicants must pass pre‑employment testing including MVR and drug screen.
