Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is the clinician-led medical group that provides care exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state. With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest. Summary Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.85 FTE) Dermatologist to join our Capitol Hill Medical Center team in Seattle, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration. Core components of this position include:
Evaluating and managing patients in the outpatient clinic at all points in the care continuum. Medical dermatology- complex medical dermatology and medical management using medications Shared Call Responsibilities with additional pay earned from overnight and weekend call.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $480,790 to $565,635 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.) Value-Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility, WPMG will contribute 11% of your base salary to your 401(K), with additional employee contributions being optional Cash Balance Plan: Additional means to save for retirement Shareholder Track Program: Defined track to Shareholders of WPMG Market-leading health Benefits

Qualifications
Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
