Key Responsibilities Implement and support infrastructure projects aligned with Technology Services goals. Manage and support enterprise system architecture (compute, storage, virtualization, cloud). Bachelor's degree

1-2+ years experience with:
Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows Desktop OS ctive Directory Physical server and storage platforms (Dell PowerEdge, Client ProLiant; Compellent, Pure, DataDomain) VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere
Working knowledge of:
Microsoft 365 user management and Defender (or equivalent) zure services (Azure AD, basic governance) Exchange (Online or On-Prem) Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam or similar) SCCM or Intune (basic familiarity) PowerShell fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting skills, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn. bility to lift up to 30 lbs. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with vSAN, Wasabi Cloud, Azure Co-Pilot AI, PKI/Certificate Authorities, and Disaster Recovery. Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Recast, Adobe. Knowledge of security practices, Oracle Cloud, Linux, DevOps, containers, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT). Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Pure Storage, Dell, Veeam).
