Join our dynamic team at Subaru of Cherry Hill, NJ as a BDC Manager and take the lead in enhancing our customer communication and lead management initiatives. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced professional who is committed to driving appointment generation, improving lead conversion rates, and ensuring a consistent and superior customer experience across all channels.
Job Description:
As a hands-on leader, the BDC Manager will transform digital and phone inquiries into confirmed sales and service appointments. You will play a critical role in advancing dealership performance by refining processes, developing your team, and maximizing every opportunity for success. Your leadership will help shape the customer journey and drive results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily BDC operations, including inbound and outbound lead handling
- Manage and coach the BDC team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and refine follow-up processes to increase appointment set and show rates
- Monitor performance metrics (response time, conversion rates, KPIs) and drive improvements
- Maintain CRM accuracy and enforce consistent processes
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure a seamless customer journey
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, business development centers (BDC), or customer service management
- Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and lead management tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:
