We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our Customer Service team on both the plumbing and electrical side. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.

Duties And Responsibilities- Work schedule 8am - 5pm, one hour for lunch
- Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone
- Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
- Processing orders in the system
- Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock
- Consistent training and understanding of current products
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Handling returns as required
- Keeping counter and sales area clean
- Merchandising and showcasing product
- Picking and packing orders
- Knowledge of a RF gun
- Order entry
- Knowledge of the Eclipse system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Time management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time
- Strong networking skills, outgoing personality
- Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
- Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset
- Preferred sales experience industry
Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen. We are a full-service, wholesale distributor of electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Power and Hand Tools. We pride ourselves on the expertise of our staff and a strong inventory of the highest quality products in our industries. Eckart has over 50 years of experience in all facets of these industries.
