We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgerieshelping them manage pain and regain movementunder the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements- Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active North Carolina PTA license is required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Preferably 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience; new graduates will be considered with mentoring.
- Dry needling experience or certification is preferred.
- Extensive on-the-job training and mentoring, including a new grad mentoring program.
- Medical insurance.
- Paid time off.
- Paid North Carolina PT/PTA license renewal yearly.
- Annual CEU allowance of $350; longer courses approved and paid with management approval and work contract (examples: dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema).
- 401(k) with company match.

- Relocation assistance available and negotiable.
- Sign-on bonus structure: $500 at sign on, $1,000 after 1 year, $1,000 after year 2.
