Job Description
Pay Range: $14.25 - 15.50 / hour
As a valued team member, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guestsProvide membership information and facilitate toursComplete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily cleanMembership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concernsAssist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when neededRegularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functionsMake and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standardsAttend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
