As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform and challenge some of the biggest names in hospitality technology.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving SaaS business where your ideas will directly influence product strategy, customer experience and commercial success.
*The Role*
You will work closely with our development team, customers, implementation specialists and support teams to define, prioritise and deliver new features and product improvements across the Purchase Warrior platform.
You'll play a key role in understanding customer requirements, improving user experiences and ensuring our development efforts remain focused on delivering maximum value.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine influence over product direction and the opportunity to help shape the future of a platform used by hospitality businesses across the UK.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Product Ownership & Delivery
* Own and manage the product backlog.
* Gather, analyse and prioritise customer requirements.
* Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
* Work closely with developers to deliver new features and enhancements.
* Support roadmap planning and product prioritisation.
* Ensure development effort remains focused on delivering maximum customer and business value.
*Product Design & User Experience*
* Help shape the user experience across the platform.
* Review workflows and identify opportunities to simplify and improve customer journeys.
* Work closely with developers to design intuitive and user-friendly solutions.
* Contribute to the overall look, feel and usability of the platform.
*Testing & Quality Assurance*
* Test and validate new functionality prior to release.
* Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and customer expectations.
* Identify issues and work with development teams to resolve them.
* Support user acceptance testing activities.
*Customer & Operational Understanding*
* Work directly with customers to understand operational processes and challenges.
* Gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
* Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.
* Build a deep understanding of hospitality purchasing, stock management, recipe management and facilities management processes.
*Implementation & Customer Delivery*
* Work closely with implementation and project teams to understand customer requirements and onboarding challenges.
* Support successful customer implementations and major projects.
* Identify recurring implementation challenges and help drive product improvements.
* Ensure customer feedback is captured and incorporated into future product development.
*Product Support*
* Provide second-line support for complex product-related customer issues.
* Investigate reported problems and work with development teams to identify root causes.
* Support Customer Success and Support teams with product expertise.
* Help prioritise defects and product enhancements based on customer impact and business value.
*Product Communication*
* Prepare release notes and product updates.
* Communicate new features and enhancements to customers and internal teams.
* Support customer training and knowledge-sharing activities.
* Ensure customers understand the value and benefits of new functionality.
*Who This Role Is Perfect For*
*This role is ideal for someone currently working as:*
* A Product Owner or Product Manager within a hospitality software business.
* An Implementation Consultant or Solutions Consultant delivering hospitality technology solutions, particularly within procurement, stock management or CAFM.
* A Hospitality Operations Manager with strong systems expertise and a passion for improving processes through technology.
* A Stock Control, Procurement or Supply Chain professional with extensive experience using hospitality management systems.
* A Facilities Manager or CAFM specialist looking to influence the next generation of hospitality software.
* A Hospitality Systems Administrator responsible for managing and optimising operational technology platforms.
You may already have experience working with solutions such as Fourth F&B, Procure Wizard, Access Maintain, MarketMan, BirchStreet, Adaco, Star Chef or similar hospitality platforms.

*Experience We'd Love To See*
Experience with one or more of the following:
* Hospitality procurement systems.
* Stock and inventory management platforms.
* Recipe and menu management software.
* CAFM and facilities management solutions.
* Hospitality operational systems used within hotels, restaurants, pubs or contract catering environments.
*The ideal candidate will have either:*
* Hospitality Software Experience
* Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant or Solutions Consultant within a hospitality software business.
* Hospitality Operations Experience
* A strong operational background within hospitality, combined with extensive experience using hospitality technology platforms to manage purchasing, stock control, food costing, menu management or facilities management.
