Als onderdeel van ons diverse team, dat bestaat uit beveiligers, monteurs, data-analisten en business developers, draag je bij aan beveiligingsoplossingen waar niemand nog van gehoord heeft.
Dit ga je doenAls Control Room Supervisor heb je een verantwoordelijke en veelzijdige functie waarin jij het overzicht bewaart en de regie voert. Jij bent niet alleen bezig met het maken van rapportages en analyses, maar vervult ook een belangrijke representatieve rol: jij bent vaak één van de eerste beveiligers die een bezoeker ontmoet. Daarmee ben je het visitekaartje van de organisatie en zorg je, binnen strikte veiligheidskaders, voor een professionele en gastvrije ontvangst.
In deze rol ben je van alle markten thuis. Het ene moment schrijf je bezoekers in en beantwoord je vragen, het andere moment stuur je responders aan bij een alarmmelding of neem je zelfstandig beslissingen bij incidenten. Jij houdt het totaaloverzicht over wat er in en rondom het pand gebeurt en grijpt in waar nodig.
Als Control Room Supervisor ben je continu alert op risico’s en afwijkende situaties. Je weet wanneer je moet escaleren, herkent verdachte situaties en handelt proactief om de veiligheid te waarborgen. Daarnaast analyseer je beveiligingsprocessen en vertaal je deze naar duidelijke rapportages en inzichten voor de klant. Deze rapportages en analyses stel je dagelijks op in de Engelse taal, zodat de klant optimaal inzicht krijgt in het reilen en zeilen van de beveiliging binnen het datacenter.
Control Room Supervisors zijn 24/7 aanwezig op locatie en fungeren als leidinggevende van dienst. Je monitort camerabeelden, coördineert acties en stuurt collega’s aan waar nodig. Hoewel de procedures en richtlijnen helder zijn, is geen dag hetzelfde. Juist die combinatie van duidelijke kaders en onverwachte situaties maakt het werk dynamisch en uitdagend.
Kortom: als Control Room Supervisor combineer je leidinggeven, veiligheid, analyse en hospitality in één functie waarin je écht het verschil maakt.
Dit ben jij- Je bent in het bezit van een MBO-2 beveiliger diploma
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- In het bezit van rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
- Je bent enthousiast over het samenwerken met mensen en bent in staat om hen (dagelijks) te coachen
- Je bent 24/7 beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar voor avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten
- Jij hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent stressbestendig, integer, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht
- Uitgebreid inwerktraject (3–4 maanden): Voor deze klant is het essentieel dat je eerst volledig wordt ingewerkt als Screenings Officer en daarna als Responder. Zo leer je alle processen, protocollen en operationele werkzaamheden kennen voordat je start als Control Room Supervisor
- Uurloon tussen de €17,37 en €20,70 bruto per uur (afhankelijk van je ervaring)
- Extra toeslag van €2,50 bruto per uur bovenop je salaris als CRS
- Onregelmatigheidstoeslag afhankelijk van jouw type dienst

Ook sta je de afgelopen 8 jaar ingeschreven in een gemeente in Nederland.
