We’re passionate about quality products, strong relationships, and exceptional service.Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role supports our sales management while serving as a customer service representative. Key ResponsibilitiesSample coordination, creating sales rep distribution lists, and preparing shipments. Fielding sales representative sample requests for customersSupport Sales Management and Representatives with weekly sales comparison reportsTrade show planning and coordinationSales Meeting coordination and planning twice a yearCoordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse, to resolve issuesNew Product set-up and maintenance of customers’ portals, fulfill image and product information requests.Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and shippingHandle returns, credits, and order changes as neededProvide proactive, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
