Brown & Brown is seeking a Vice President, Marketing Technology & Digital Marketing to join our team! The Vice President will lead our full‑funnel MarTech roadmap and digital marketing efforts. This role is essential for bringing our future digital customer experience to life, evolving our approach to marketing automation and creating a connected ecosystem across the customer journey. The role will apply a blend of creative thinking, analytical processes and change‑management experience to meaningfully expand digital marketing capabilities while optimizing performance to improve business outcomes. Experience leading a full‑funnel digital marketing capability with an omnichannel approach is critical for success in the role. How You Will Contribute
Own enterprise digital marketing and MarTech as a primary growth engine, directly accountable for pipeline acceleration, revenue impact, and organic growth. Convert executive growth priorities into aggressive, multi‑year digital and MarTech roadmaps, tightly sequenced to unlock scale, speed, and measurable sales impact. Allocate investment across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize ROI, with clear performance targets for SEO, PPC, demand generation, and conversion. Optimize high‑impact digital channels and platforms (website, portals, email, apps) to drive acquisition, cross‑sell, and producer productivity across the customer lifecycle. Integrate lead generation, routing, CRM, and campaign execution to increase sales velocity, improve win rates, and eliminate leakage across the funnel. Enforce governance, standards, and performance KPIs tied to pipeline contribution, sales‑qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes. Continuously deploy emerging technologies and automation to scale growth, improve forecasting accuracy, and create a durable competitive advantage. Skills & Experience to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing transformation and marketing technology. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience building and scaling cross‑functional programs from concept to completion. Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, Google Analytics, App Insights, various website platforms, content management systems, SEO, SEM and attribution models is preferred. Pay Range
$165,000 - $180,000 Annual. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role. Teammate Benefits & Total Well‑Being
