Als specialist ouderengeneeskunde krijg je de kans om een betekenisvolle bijdrage te leveren aan de zorg voor cliënten met complexe problematiek. Je werkt in een omgeving waar samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan, en waar jouw expertise niet alleen cliënten, maar ook het team verder helpt groeien. Met een focus op persoonsgerichte zorg en de ontwikkeling van eerstelijnszorg speel je een actieve rol in het verbeteren van de levenskwaliteit van cliënten en het versterken van regionale samenwerkingen.
Wat je gaat doen:- Diagnosticeer en behandel cliënten met complexe zorgvragen binnen doelgroepen zoals somatiek, psychogeriatrie, jonge mensen met dementie en niet-aangeboren hersenletsel.
- Coach en ondersteun basisartsen en physician assistants, en fungeer als sparringpartner binnen het multidisciplinaire team.
- Werk nauw samen met collega’s en externe partners, zoals huisartsen en wijkverpleegkundigen, om de zorg continu te verbeteren.
- Neem deel aan vakgroepoverleggen en draag actief bij aan zorginnovaties en de ontwikkeling van expertisegebieden.
- Bouw mee aan duurzame samenwerkingen in de regio en zet je in voor vroegtijdige signalering en passende zorg, zodat cliënten langer thuis kunnen blijven wonen.
- Salaris tussen € 6.490 en € 10.113 bruto per maand volgens cao VVT.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Parttime functie van 24 tot 32 uur per week.
- Alleen doordeweekse dagdiensten, geen avond-, nacht- of weekenddiensten.
