Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) en acquisition de talents qui jouera un rôle clé dans la structuration et l’évolution des pratiques de recrutement. Relevant de la Directrice des ressources humaines, le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable du cycle complet de recrutement, pour divers postes au sein d’un environnement multisite. Il ou elle agit à titre de partenaire d’affaires auprès des gestionnaires, en assurant l’attraction et l’identification des meilleurs talents. La personne contribuera également à différents projets RH.
Votre impact au quotidien
Acquisition de talents et sourcing
- Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement, de l’affichage à l’intégration, pour divers postes
- Déployer des stratégies de sourcing créatives et proactives adaptées aux postes spécialisés ou nichés
- Identifier et approcher des candidat.es
- Mener le triage de CV, les entrevues de sélection et collaborer aux évaluations des candidat.es avec les gestionnaires
- Maintenir et développer un bassin de talents
- Adapter les stratégies de recrutement selon les variations de volume et les priorités organisationnelles
Partenariat avec les gestionnaires
- Agir à titre de partenaire d’affaires en acquisition de talents auprès des gestionnaires, en les accompagnant dans la définition de leurs besoins et l’optimisation de leurs stratégies de recrutement selon les réalités du marché et les enjeux d’attraction.
- Fournir un accompagnement-conseil sur les stratégies de recrutement et les meilleures pratiques d’attraction de talents
- Soutenir les gestionnaires tout au long du processus de sélection et dans la prise de décision d’embauche
- Analyser les critères de sélections et recommander des ajustements en fonction des réalités du marché et des besoins opérationnels
- Assurer une gestion structurée et fluide des processus de dotation, en favorisant une expérience de recrutement cohérente et efficace
Expérience candidat.e
- Assurer une expérience candidat positive et professionnelle du début à la fin
- Participer à la coordination des entrevues, des étapes d’accueil et d’intégration
Amélioration continue et projets RH
- Contribuer à la création d’outils et à la structuration des processus de recrutement
- Participer au développement et au rayonnement de la marque employeur afin d’attirer,, d’engager et de recruter les meilleurs talents.
- Participer à l’amélioration de l’accueil et de l’intégration des nouveaux employés
- Identifier des opportunités d’optimisation et faire des propositions
- Participer à différents projets du département RH
Profil recherché
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement ou acquisition de talents
- Expérience en chasse de tête et approche directe de candidat.es
- Expérience en recrutement de masse (atout stratégique dans un contexte de croissance)
- Participation à l’optimisation d’outils et des pratiques en recrutement et à l'implémentation d’un ATS
- Bonne maîtrise du français et un anglais fonctionnel
- Solide capacité à bâtir des relations de confiance avec les gestionnaires
- Bon jugement professionnel, aptitude à influencer et conseiller les parties prenantes
- Forte autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’initiative et de l’organisation
- Bonne capacité d’adaptation dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution
- Polyvalence et intérêt à contribuer à des projets Rh au-delà du recrutement

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will play a key role in structuring and evolving recruitment practices. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent is responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for various positions within a multi-site environment. They act as a business partner to managers, ensuring the attraction and identification of the best talent. The person also contributes to various HR projects.
Your daily impact
Talent Acquisition and Sourcing
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from posting to integration, for various positions
- Deploy creative and proactive sourcing strategies adapted to specialized or niche positions
- Identify and approach candidates
- Conduct selection interviews and collaborate on candidate assessments with managers
- Maintain and develop a talent pool
- Adapt recruitment strategies based on volume variations and organizational priorities
Partnership with managers
- Act as a talent acquisition business partner to managers, supporting them in defining their needs and optimizing their recruitment strategies according to market realities and attraction challenges.
- Provide advisory support on recruitment strategies and best talent attraction practices
- Support managers throughout the selection process and in making hiring decisions
- Analyze selection criteria and recommend adjustments based on market realities and operational needs
- Ensure structured and fluid management of staffing processes, promoting a coherent and effective recruitment experience
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from start to finish
- Participate in the coordination of interviews, onboarding and integration steps
Continuous Improvement and HR Projects
- Contribute to the creation of tools and the structuring of recruitment processes
- Participate in the development and outreach of the employer brand to attract, engage, and recruit the best talent.
- Participate in the improvement of the welcoming and integration of new employees
- Identify optimization opportunities and make proposals
- Participate in various projects of the HR department
Desired Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in headhunting and direct candidate approach
- Experience in mass recruitment (strategic asset in a growth context)
- Participation in the optimization of recruitment tools and practices and the implementation of an ATS
- Strong command of French and functional English
- Solid ability to build trusting relationships with managers
- Good professional judgment, ability to influence and advise stakeholders
- Strong autonomy, rigor, sense of initiative and organization
- Good adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Versatility and interest in contributing to HR projects beyond recruitment
