1. Perform routine maintenance as assigned, including on building interior/exterior and machines, then logging preventative maintenance checks into the asset management software (QT9). 2. Notify management of necessary building repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of routine maintenance. 3. Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on SMT equipment, including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, automated optical inspection (AOI) systems, and selective soldering equipment. 4. Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and service manuals to support repair and maintenance efforts. 5. Maintain tools and repair equipment in optimum working condition. 6. Develop and Maintain Critical Spares Inventory to prevent stock outs causing extended downtime 7. Create Preventative Maintenance documentation for: Training, communication, tracking. 8. Drive to customer sites as needed to make deliveries. 9. Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris. 10. Ability to work independently, while achieving daily expectations CompetenciesMechanical AptitudeDecision MakingThoroughnessProblem SolvingResults DrivenPhysical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
