A company is looking for a Senior IBM Backend API Engineer. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs in Python with structured JSON specifications Build and maintain deployment infrastructure, including IBM Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with teams to transition solutions from proof-of-concept to production-ready
Required Qualifications
5+ years of backend engineering experience, with 2 years on IBM Cloud Hands-on experience deploying Python services using IBM Code Engine Proficiency with IBM Cloud Object Storage and IAM policies Experience building REST APIs in Python using FastAPI or Flask Strong knowledge of Docker, CI/CD automation, and Git workflows
