Als Spezialist für hochwertige Fruchtgranulate, Pasten, Shapes und Drops entwickeln wir maßgeschneiderte Zutaten, die weltweit in den innovativsten Lebensmitteln zum Einsatz kommen.
Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir einen Product Developer (m/w/d), der mit Ideenreichtum, technischem Verständnis und Begeisterung für natürliche Zutaten die nächste Generation fruchtiger Produktlösungen gestaltet.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du neue, kreative Fruchtprodukte, leckere Snacks und innovative Nahrungsergänzungsmittel nach Kundenanforderungen
- Du koordinierst und setzt eigenständig Entwicklungs- sowie Optimierungsprojekte um und bringst dich mit frischen Ideen ein
- Du führst Versuchsreihen verantwortungsvoll und praktisch durch und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
- Du beobachtest Trends im Lebensmittel- und Nahrungsergänzungsmittelbereich und lässt diese in die Produktentwicklung einfließen
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert mit allen relevanten Fachabteilungen zusammen und stimmst dich mit ihnen ab
- Du begleitest die Erstproduktion von neuen Produkten vor Ort und stellst bei Bedarf Labormuster her
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bringst Praxiserfahrung in der Süßwaren-, Backwaren- oder Lebensmittelbranche oder der Zulieferindustrie mit
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung gesammelt, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Nahrungsergänzungsmittel
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen mit SAP
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gern im Team
- Dein Organisationstalent und dein Engagement zeichnen dich aus
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
