What this job involves:
As a Project Manager specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project outcomes for our clients. You'll manage and lead complex MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. We embrace more innovative ways of working, and you'll have the opportunity to implement cutting-edge project management practices while building strong relationships with clients, MEP contractors, design consultants, and commissioning teams. What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks
Monitor project finances, ensure budgetary adherence, and provide accurate cost forecasts
Implement quality control measures to meet the highest standards and client expectations
Identify process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
4-6 years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical, life sciences, chemical processing, or advanced manufacturing environments
Proficiency in project management software
Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and controls
Knowledge of cleanroom standards, process utilities, and regulated manufacturing requirements (FDA, ISO, GMP)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred qualifications:
Professional certification in project management (PMP)
Experience working in a global and matrixed organization
Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Estimated compensation for this position:
100,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
