Als Senior Commercial Manager übernimmst du die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die strategische Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer kommerziellen Produkte.
Dein Fokus liegt darauf, nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle zu gestalten – mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Subscription-Strategien, Pricing-Modelle und Go-to-Market-Exzellenz.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Product & Tech und treibst Themen voran, die direkt auf Wachstum und Profitabilität einzahlen.
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest Business Cases für neue oder bestehende kommerzielle Produkte
- Du verbindest Kundenbedürfnisse, Markttrends und Wettbewerbsanalysen zu zukunftsorientierten kommerziellen Lösungen
- Du definierst und optimierst kommerzielle Modelle – insbesondere Subscription- und wiederkehrende Umsatzmodelle
- Du gestaltest Vertragsstrukturen und Pricing-Frameworks und setzt klare Standards für Preis- und Rabattstrategien
- Du verantwortest Umsatz- und Margenziele, analysierst Performance und leitest datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du entwickelst Pricing-Tools, Kalkulatoren und Reports, um Entscheidungen im Vertrieb zu unterstützen
- Du sorgst für eine klare Produktpositionierung und überzeugende Marktkommunikation – von Pitch bis Präsentation
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing, Product & Tech zusammen, um eine erfolgreiche Go-to-Market-Strategie sicherzustellen
- Du entwickelst strategische Pricing-Konzepte – z. B. für Partnerverträge, Reseller-Modelle oder Verbandskooperationen
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Commercial Strategy, Pricing oder in einer Management-/Strategieberatung
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Subscription- bzw. wiederkehrenden Geschäftsmodellen
- Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten – du denkst datengetrieben und handelst lösungsorientiert
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Spaß daran, unternehmerisch zu denken, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge wirklich voranzubringen
