Functieomschrijving
Als office manager ben jij de spil van de organisatie. Je zorgt voor overzicht, structuur en een efficiënte werkwijze, en ondersteunt zowel het management als de medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar vindt het fijn onderdeel te zijn van een team en samen succesvol te zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met het operationeel management en houdt je bezig met:
- Het organiseren en stroomlijnen van kantoor- en facilitaire processen;
- Het beheren en opvolgen van contracten en documentatie;
- Ondersteuning bij HR-activiteiten, zoals onboarding en personeelsontwikkeling;
- Het ondersteunen en coördineren van interne projecten;
- Het bewaken en verbeteren van administratieve workflows.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Mbo+/Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
- 32 - 40 uur beschikbaar;
- 3-5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal (woord & geschrift);
- Goede communicatie vaardigheden en je bent proactief
- Je neemt initiatief en je verantwoordelijkheid;
- Je bewaart het overzicht en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen;
- Je bent sterk in organiseren en van nature een ontzorger.
