Youll be out in the community meeting insurance professionals, property managers, realtors, business owners, and local partners - building trust, creating opportunities, and helping us become the go-to restoration company across Northern Monmouth County. If youre naturally outgoing, motivated, organized, and energized by connecting with people, and know how to deliver results, wed love to meet you./ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/pulliBuilding relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, realtors, and commercial partners/liliAttending networking events, trade shows, chamber events, and community functions/liliCreating new business opportunities through outreach, follow-up, and in-person meetings/liliRepresenting SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel in the local market/liliHelping coordinate events, promotions, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns/liliTracking activity and opportunities in Salesforce CRM/liliWorking closely with leadership and operations to deliver an excellent customer experience/li/ulpWhat Makes Someone Successful in This Role:/pulliYoure confident starting conversations and building relationships/liliYoure driven, competitive, and motivated by growth/liliYoure organized and follow through consistently/liliYoure comfortable hearing no and staying persistent/liliYou enjoy being out in the field and meeting people/liliYoure professional, personable, and reliable/li/ulpExperience Were open to different backgrounds, including:/pulliOutside sales/liliHospitality/liliEvent coordination/liliRecruiting/liliMarketing/liliCustomer-facing roles/liliRecent college graduates with leadership, internship, athletics, or networking experience/li/ulpRestoration experience is a plus but not required.
