ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (w/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
Unterstützung beim Betrieb der ServiceNow Plattform
Interner ServiceNow-Experte für bestimmte Module (z.B. GRC, HSE) / Capabilities (z.B. AI, Mobile) und Ansprechpartner für die Service Owner / Product Owner
Interne Kundenanforderungen in Konzepte und entsprechende Lösungsdesigns überführen
Implementierung von abgestimmten Lösungsdesigns entsprechend dem HENSOLDT internen agilen Entwicklungsprozesses
Proaktives identifizieren von Verbesserungen
Dokumentation von Implementierungen
Übernahme von Projektaufgaben im Bedarfsfall auch als Projekt / Teilprojektleiter
Entwurf und Implementierung von ServiceNow-Lösungen, die den Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen
Analyse bestehender Systeme und Prozesse zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, um technische Anforderungen zu erfassen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
Unterstützung bei der Integration von ServiceNow mit anderen Systemen und Anwendungen
Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung der technischen Implementierungen, inkl. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Best Practices und Sicherheitsstandards
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik/Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT-Projekten sowie in der Konfiguration und der Anpassung der ServiceNow Plattform
Erfahrung im Betrieb der ServiceNow Plattform
Erfahrung (Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder Support) mit mind 2. ServiceNow Modulen (z.B. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, HSE, SecOps)
Die ITIL-Terminologie, eine agile Arbeitsweise und die ServiceNow Development Methodology sind keine Fremdwörter
CSA und mind. eine CIS-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
