Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Reliable transportation, current driver's license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration. Comfort and familiarity with computer applications, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Ideally, you bring 3+ years of prior outside business-to-business sales experience, including experience in solution-selling concepts and a demonstrated history of nurturing customer relationships throughout a defined sales territory. We are looking for excellent organizational, written and oral communication, and presentation skills that utilize current technology. Demonstrated experience using a consultative sales approach providing multiple layers of value to a customer to establish a mix of sales solutions and products. Proactive and self-motivated; operates with a results-oriented focus; ability to work and thrive in an autonomous and team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: A proven track record in industrial sales. Extensive experience in outside sales and relationship management. Knowledge or a strong interest in welding and compressed gases products.
