Role Overview: As a full‑or part‑time Tech Sales and Solutions Consultant, you will hit the ground running as you identify and engage small‑to‑mid‑sized businesses in need of technology solutions. Your mornings will be spent prospecting and reaching out to decision‑makers, learning about their unique challenges, and expertly presenting how Just Solutions, Inc. can deliver the right solutions. You'll leverage your sales acumen and consultative approach to build trust, close deals, and drive recurring revenue. Working closely with our technical team, you will help onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition, positioning yourself as a valued partner for ongoing business growth. Your persuasive communication and strategic mindset will be the keys to expanding our client base and achieving your own financial goals.
Responsibilities: Identify and engage small‑to‑mid‑sized businesses in need of technology solutions; prospect and reach out decision‑makers; learn about unique challenges; present solutions; build trust and close deals; drive recurring revenue; onboard new clients; ensure seamless transition; collaborate with technical team; expand client base; achieve financial goals.
Qualifications:
Strong consulting, networking, and business development skills
High levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to adjust your approach to fit the customer
Ability to clearly explain technology in simple terms, thoroughly answer questions, and explain how the solution aligns with the client's needs
Persistent yet respectful mentality with the ability to recognize when to push and when to back off
Strong desire to supplement your current income with a recurring revenue stream!
Broker, B2B sales, or commercial real estate experience
