The Brand & Creative Operations team serves as the operational backbone of the broader Brand & Creative organization. This team creates the conditions for impactful creative work by ensuring projects are strategically aligned, operationally efficient, creatively strong, and delivered at the highest quality. Acting as the connective hub between strategy and execution, the team partners across functions to keep work moving effectively from concept to launch.
About the Role
The Brand & Creative Operations team is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Project Manager to support creative campaigns and marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating structure within ambiguity, and is passionate about helping creative teams operate efficiently. You will partner closely with Business Leads, creatives, marketers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage workflows, maintain timelines, coordinate communication, and ensure successful project delivery.
The role supports integrated marketing campaigns and high-volume digital asset production across channels including:
Online Video (OLV) Social Media Digital Advertising Email Marketing In-App Experiences
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excited by the intersection of creativity, operations, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Campaign Management
Manage day-to-day execution of creative campaigns, social activations, and co-marketing initiatives Build and maintain project timelines, trackers, workflows, meeting notes, and status updates Ensure projects progress efficiently from kickoff through final delivery Balance speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent workstreams Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate communication between Brand & Creative, Marketing, Production, Co-Marketing partners, and external stakeholders Facilitate intake, project scoping, prioritization, and resourcing discussions Keep stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Creative Asset Production
Support development and delivery of digital creative assets across social, email, display, video, and in-app channels Partner with creative and production teams to ensure deliverables are routed, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand standards Process Improvement & Operations
Identify project risks and proactively escalate blockers with actionable solutions Support continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and team operations Leverage project management and collaboration tools to improve visibility and operational efficiency Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, to improve creative operations and team productivity Qualifications
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in: Project Management Creative Operations Production Marketing Operations Experience working within: In-house creative teams Creative agencies Brand or marketing organizations Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting creative production workflows across: Social Video Digital marketing channels Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as: Monday.com Figma Similar workflow management tools Preferred Qualities
Strong follow-through and accountability Interest in process improvement and scalable operational systems Passion for creative operations and enabling high-quality creative work Curiosity around emerging tools and AI-enabled operational workflows Bias toward action and operational excellence
