· Specialized training with pay increase opportunities · Client matching based on your location and availability · Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time between clients · Paid time off (PTO) that never expires · Employee recognition and bonus opportunities · CPR, First Aid, and background check training provided As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will: · Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction · Provide personal care to patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility · Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders · Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and team members · Provide reliable and punctual support during scheduled shifts Basic Requirements:
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel between client homes
Ability to pass background check
