Who This Role Is For
Individuals with 2+ years of corporate or client-facing sales experience, including inside or virtual sales. Professionals with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. What Youll Do
Own and manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, demonstrations, and closing. Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting. Drive comprehensive coverage of an assigned geographic territory in partnership with inside sales. Engage and advise prospective medical practices on athenahealths growth and efficiency solutions. Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations tailored to practice needs. Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends and competitive insights to position athenahealth. Represent athenahealth at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to continuously improve sales strategies.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree. 2+ years of sales experience in a corporate or client-facing environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotas. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence prospective buyers and adapt in the sales process. Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions (preferred). Familiarity with healthcare and medical practices (preferred).
Compensation Compensation: $26 – $45 hour.
