Ensure compliance with data governance policies, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor submission activity and compliance metrics through dashboards and automated reporting. Analyze trends in pricing, cost drivers, submission patterns, and compliance risks. Develop visualizations, reports, and analytical summaries for leadership, program managers, and stakeholders. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT, legal, and program teams to improve data pipelines, workflows, and system functionality. Create and maintain documentation, metadata, governance standards, and reporting procedures. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for policy development, legislative requests, and stakeholder inquiries. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and reporting processes. Should Have:
Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, pricing transparency, or regulatory reporting environments. Experience working with compliance monitoring and governance programs. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and data privacy standards. Experience supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making. Skills:
