Résumé du poste
La responsabilité commerciale de ce poste concerne les solutions de paie et RH d’ADP France. Le rôle porte sur la conquête de nouveaux clients ayant entre 350 et 2 000 salariés. Les cycles de vente durent de 3 à 12 mois et la négociation client implique généralement plusieurs interlocuteurs, selon l’organisation et la structure du prospect.
En tant qu' Ingénieur d’Affaires (District Sales Manager), Mid-Market , vous :
Représenterez ADP ainsi que l’ensemble des services et produits locaux et internationaux que nous pouvons offrir à nos clients.
Serez principalement responsable de la création de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de la conclusion des ventes.
Reporterez directement au Directeur Commercial Mid-Market France et entretiendrez des relations étroites avec les autres commerciaux locaux et internationaux et les parties prenantes clés de l’organisation ADP (Implémentation, Service Client, Support Commercial, Avant Vente, etc.) pour orchestrer la proposition de valeur d’excellence de service délivrée au client.
Développerez notre activité tout en faisant progresser la vôtre. Vous travaillerez de façon autonome et collaborative au sein de différentes équipes sur votre secteur pour conclure des ventes, remporter des affaires et atteindre vos objectifs.
Transformerez les prospects en clients fidèles et ambassadeurs. Vous déploierez une stratégie commerciale ciblant les décideurs et dirigeants afin de bâtir un réseau et capter de nouveaux clients.
Principales Responsabilités :
- Atteindre ou dépasser 100 % des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de produits assignés sur les comptes attribués.
- Élaborer une stratégie annuelle, déterminant les objectifs de vente et d’activité nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de produits Prospecter pour identifier les opportunités et les actions nécessaires pour conclure des affaires pour des projets en France ou à l’international via différents moyens de communication, y compris les contacts directs, les mailings et l’organisation d’évènements
- Utiliser des outils d’automatisation commerciale pour définir des stratégies de pénétration du marché. Identifier et cibler les prospects concurrents et planifier la stratégie pour accroître la part de marché.
- Accéder systématiquement au C-Level des prospects Mid-Market pour présenter efficacement la proposition de valeur des solutions d’ADP
- Collaborer avec les équipes en interne sur les opportunités au niveau local et global
- Approfondir la connaissance des produits de l’entreprise et de leurs capacités par rapport aux forces/faiblesses des produits concurrents.
- Utiliser l’ensemble des outils mis à disposition pour élaborer une stratégie commerciale (MEDDICC..)
- Maintenir à jour un forecast et un CRM auprès du management
Formation et Expérience :
- Minimum cinq ans d’expérience en vente de solutions logicielles ou IT complexes.
- Diplôme de niveau licence ou équivalent (souhaité).
- Bon niveau d’anglais (B2 minimum)
- Esprit de conquête de nouveaux marchés.
- Excellente attitude et volonté d’apprendre.
