Our client is a growing commercial real estate development firm that partners with multi-unit operators across healthcare, childcare, veterinary, automotive, retail, and QSR. They help identify sites, structure deals, and manage projects from concept through construction.
They're looking to add an Originations Team Lead to help drive new development opportunities and support the company's continued growth.
What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new commercial real estate development opportunities
Research markets, sites, and ownership information
Build relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and prospective clients
Conduct outreach and prospecting efforts to uncover opportunities
Evaluate sites and help determine viability for future development
Work closely with leadership to move opportunities through the pipeline
Play an active role in the growth of the company and originations function

What We're Looking For:
Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, leasing, investment sales, business development or a related field is strongly preferre
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in commercial real estate development and long-term career growth
The team is open to individuals who may not have direct development experience, but have strong business development instincts, enjoy building relationships, and are excited to learn the industry from the ground up.
Compensation:
Bonus/commission incentive structureRealistic first-year earnings potential of $115,000-$135,000+
