Sales Associate Bedrock Ace Hardware

Previous hardware experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training so you can build the skills and confidence needed to succeed from day one.

What You Will Do
  • Greet every customer and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
  • Drive sales and promote store programs like Ace Rewards and promotions
  • Help customers find the right products to complete their projects
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked departments
  • Support merchandising, stocking, and store operations as needed
  • Deliver the Ace Helpful experience to every customer, every time

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours per shift)
  • Ability to reach, bend, and move throughout the store
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
Work Environment

This position operates in a retail store environment that may include moderate noise levels, moving equipment, and occasional exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
