FunctieAls Product Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van nieuwe producten binnen diverse productcategorieën. Je begeleidt projecten van conceptfase tot en met industrialisatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan zowel interne kwaliteitsnormen als externe vereisten.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Aansturen van productontwikkelingstrajecten van concept tot productie.
- Identificeren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen op vlak van functionaliteit en kwaliteit.
- Werken volgens een gestructureerde projectmethodologie (stage-gate aanpak).
- Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en productiepartners.
- Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan interne afdelingen zoals sales, productmanagement en productie.
- Beheren en bewaken van productdata binnen een PLM-systeem.
- Coördineren van alle aspecten van productontwikkeling: van concept en design tot prototyping, testing en opstart van productie.
- Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke voor productontwikkeling.
- Masterdiploma in Industrieel Ontwerpen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht op verschillende niveaus.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels; basiskennis van Frans en Duits is een plus.
- Ervaring met industrieel productdesign en/of soft goods; kennis van elektronica is een meerwaarde.
- Uitstekende kennis van 3D CAD, ervaring met SolidWorks is een pluspunt.
- Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ondernemende mindset.
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Creatief, conceptueel sterk en analytisch ingesteld.
