What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, inquiries, orders, and product support
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to develop new business opportunities
Identify customer needs and recommend effective packaging and product solutions
Prepare quotes, negotiate opportunities, and ensure accurate order processing
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Monitor account activity and proactively address customer needs
Maintain accurate account records and sales activities within CRM and internal systems
Drive revenue growth through account retention, upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition
Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer lifecycle
What You Bring
Strong account management, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer accounts
Confidence conducting outbound prospecting and sales outreach
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success
Professional, consultative approach to sales and account management
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of account management, sales, customer service, or business development experience (B2B preferred)
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environments
Background in inside sales, account management, or customer relationship management roles
ERP and CRM systems experience
